It has been a busy month but I am delighted to announce that I have a new pattern for you in my Etsy shop.

It is an evening bag this time and it is the Soho Wrist Bag and you can find the pattern here. I am not usually into evening bags because I don’t really need one- read: my dog won’t let me go out in the evenings but every now and then I escape for a few hours and it is nice to have some thing a little bit more elegant than a rucksack to take to a wedding!

This bag is easy to make into a day bag too by swapping the fabric and losing the bow. Actually I wish that you could see the fabric that I have used here (the camera refuses to show how cute and sparkly it is). It is shot through with gold.

The Soho has pockets inside too so it is still practical. There is a secure zipper pocket and two slip pockets inside and there are companion blog posts to help you with both of these here on my blog (with links in the pattern to take you straight there).
